The next day, I told my situation to a well-dressed women that was on the floor who listened to me and said, 'she was sorry.' FYI, my husband saw the same hooded guy the next day at 5:30 a.m. Even a male patron saw it and told me that 'he had my back.' I notified the service attendant and even went up to a security guard with my concern- why would you allow two guys to 'troll' their casino for hours and not kick them out?! I stayed for two hours as their security guard stayed close by.
Several times the man with the hoodie passed close by me. Neither one gambled nor ever sat at a machine. I observed two men - one with a navy, hoodie on his head 'trolling' the casino floor. I am a petite woman but far from being afraid to go down to the casino by herself at 2:30 a.m. The room was clean, the location is centralized so that's why we chose to stay here.
